2. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. Where a significant delay occurs, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

3. Delivery Methods, Costs, and Timeframes

  • Courier: DPD (or equivalent tracked courier)
  • Shipping cost: Free standard delivery within the United Kingdom (unless otherwise stated at checkout)
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays or adverse weather.

4. Delivery Location

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery to certain remote or offshore locations (including parts of the Scottish Highlands, islands, or Northern Ireland) may take longer or require additional charges, which will be clearly shown at checkout where applicable.

We do not deliver to PO Box, BFPO, or APO/FPO addresses.

5. Delivery Timeframe Under Consumer Law

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be delivered within:

  • the timeframe agreed at checkout, or
  • 30 days from order confirmation if no timeframe is specified.

If we fail to deliver within the required period, you may be entitled to request a revised delivery date or cancel the order for a full refund.

6. Risk and Responsibility for Goods

Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered into your physical possession or that of a person identified by you to receive them. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

7. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking information where available.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at sales@zipbikes.co.uk.

We will investigate with the courier and provide an appropriate resolution in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which may include replacement goods or a full refund where applicable.
