Shipping Policy
We offer free delivery on most products within Mainland UK.
Some products may have an additional delivery charge — if applicable, this will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Delivery Timeframes
Our standard delivery time is 3–7 working days.
Some products may have different delivery times; where applicable, these will be clearly shown on the product page.
All orders include a 1–2 working day processing period before dispatch.
Delivery Process & Requirements

A valid mobile phone number must be provided at checkout so couriers can contact you regarding delivery.

Your phone number and relevant contact details may be shared with our trusted third-party courier partners.

Delivery is kerbside only. Couriers will not take items inside your home or property.

If your driveway is unsuitable for a pallet truck (e.g., pebbled surface), the courier may leave the goods at the nearest accessible point.

Someone must be available at the delivery address to accept the order. We do not offer unattended deliveries.

If delivery is attempted and no one is available to accept the goods, a re-delivery charge may apply.

Any changes to delivery details must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery via sales@zipbikes.co.uk.

All order updates are provided by email. We do not provide order updates via phone.

Some items may be delivered by nationwide couriers who may leave the parcel with a neighbour or at a collection point if no one is available.

Proof of delivery photographs may be taken by the courier.
Delivery Delays
If a delivery is delayed due to courier issues, we do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred by the customer.
This includes contractor or installation charges.
Please ensure your item has been delivered before booking any third-party services.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
All damages must be reported in writing to sales@zipbikes.co.uk. within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
Please include clear photographs of any damage.
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange a collection and deliver the correct item.
Incorrect items that have already been installed or used cannot be returned or refunded.
We do not cover any costs associated with uninstalling or removing incorrectly delivered items.
Same-Day Shuttle Delivery (London Postcodes Only)
For select products, we offer a same-day shuttle delivery service to eligible London postcodes.
Orders must be placed by 10:00 AM.
