Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, we’ll pre-authorise your card, but don’t worry, it won’t be charged just yet.

We’ll reach out to our supplier to make sure the product you ordered is ready for immediate shipment.

Once we get the green light, we’ll process your payment and ship your order right away.

If there’s any hiccup, like an item being on backorder, we’ll cancel the pre-authorization and get in touch to keep you in the loop.

Order Delivery

You can find all delivery times listed on the product pages.

After you place your order, assuming everything is in stock and ready to go, we’ll charge your card and dispatch your order within 2-3 working days.

You’ll receive tracking details via email within 24 hours of dispatch.

If you haven’t received tracking info within 6 working days, please drop us an email at sales@zipbikes.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Damages

We kindly ask that you inspect all items carefully upon delivery.

If you notice any damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery.

Should you find a damaged item, please send clear photos to us so we can file an insurance claim for you.

To keep your e-bike running safely, regular servicing and maintenance are essential.

Any issues, damage, or defects caused by neglect or lack of maintenance won’t be covered under our returns or warranty policies.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel your order after 48 hours, there may be additional fees.

Once your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
